Eleazar African Foundation works alongside local organizations, community leaders, and volunteers to support the development of Lira in an intentional proactive, coordinated, and strategic manner with the meaningful participation of vulnerable children and youth, who are often neglected and marginalized. This is done in collaborative partnership with caregivers, community members, community leaders, and partners locally, nationally, and internationally.
